Tales That Witness Madness 1973 **
Clearly the weakest of the "Anthology" horror films. The first story was actually laughable , the 2nd slightly better, Joan Collins stars in the 3rd was enjoyable but again laughable, Voodoo story in the 4th was quite good and odd to see Kim Novak in this. Overall a waste of everyone's time because of a lazy script.
The Man Who Could Cheat Death 1959 **
One of the Hammer studio's weaker moments in the late 50's. Arnold Marlé is fantastic as the mentor scientist.
The Skull 1965 ***
Superb atmospheric film about a collector of witchcraft antiques who is haunted by the presence of a skull.One the better films to come out of the 60's British horror boom.
The 7th Voyage Of Sinbad 1958 ****
This film that kicked off the Greek mythology/ Sinbad series in association with stop animation legend Ray Harryhausen. One of the best in the series.
Island Of Terror 1966 ***
Good sci-fi british film . Cushing again adds some class . Similar to Quatermass in style.
Blood Beast Terror 1967 **
Shows promise but budget is simply too low to rise above.
Moth like monster looks good as well as Cushing giving solid performance as always.

Hammer Horror classic - Cushing awesome as Holmes. Solid all round.
House Of Frankenstein 1944 **
This deserves two stars for having the Wolf man , Franenstein, Dracula together.
Son Of Frankenstein 1938 **
Terrible - although an extra star for Frankenstein ripping off an arm and swinging it in the fight.
Bride Of Frankenstein 1935 ****
Picks up where the original ended - basically pt 2 of the novel. A little goofy in parts (Frankenstein dancing & smoking) where i prefer it played straight but overall given it's time - very good.
Frankenstein 1931 ****
Had actually never seen this. As expected it was top notch.
Not much else to say - a must see.
Monster on the Campus 1958 **
Not much here but worth seeing for the transformation of the doctor into ape.

Strange but effective sci fi about rocks multipying in water. Good effects too.
